Tyrone Flower:
Tyrone Flower was born and attended school in Slough, England. At the age of 16, Tyrone made a decision to pursue his passion for cars. He started his own mobile repair business and fostered it to the point of securing a facility in Maidenhead. Before long, Tyrone had secured several large accounts and was taking business from the local dealerships. Target Ford, located in Maidenhead approached Tyrone with a deal he could not refuse. After four years at the Ford dealership, Mead of Burnham Jaguar offered Tyrone a position with the opportunity to attend schooling at the Jaguar Factory in Coventry. While at the dealership, Tyrone received numerous certificates and a Distinction on the course for Jaguar Electrical Systems. Tyrone was also given the opportunity to be trained on Range Rover and Rolls Royce. While at the dealership, Tyrone was able to achieve the status of Master Technician.
On a brief vacation to the United States in 1992, Tyrone was offered a position with an independent facility in Oceanside, which he accepted. Tyrone worked with the shop for only a short time before opening up a small facility in Car Country Carlsbad called Jaguar Unique. He owned the company for approximately Five years then sold it to expand.
Carlsbad Jaguar was opened in Downtown Carlsbad in 2000. In 2007, Tyrone again expanded to all British vehicles and changed the name of the business to Carlsbad British Motorcars. We currently have a loyal customer base and continue to build our business based of his reputation and word of mouth.
Tyrone and his staff are experts in their fields and strive to give the best customer satisfaction possible by consistently updating the specialized Jaguar tools, factory updates and latest diagnostic technology available to the industry
Javier Del Rio:
Javier comes to us with factory training and dealer experience. He has been trained on all Land Rover models from 1963 and up.
Javier has received full Land Rover factory training and certification on the latest dealer diagnostic equipment and has continued his education to reach Master ASE Technician. Javier has been and continues to be a great addition to our expert staff. We are privileged to have his expertise here at Carlsbad British Motorcars and would like to invite you to come meet him.
ASE CERTIFICATION:
Motorists benefit from ASE certification. It is a valuable yardstick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians as well as the commitment to quality of the repair facility employing ASE-Certified professionals. ASE certifies the technical competence of individual technicians. Prior to taking ASE certification tests, technicians attend training classes or study on their own in order to brush up on their knowledge. By passing difficult, national tests, ASE-certified technicians prove their technical competence to their employers, and to their customers.
